Station11.com and any branded or white-label digital storefronts operated by Station 11, LLC (Station 11) are referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Site” or “Storefronts.”
 
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our Site or a branded or white-label digital storefront we operate, we may collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, account information, billing information, shipping information, order information, and any information you submit through a form, account registration, order, email, or other communication with us.
 
If you purchase products or services using any Site or Storefront operated by Station 11, we may collect information needed to process your order, complete payment, issue invoices, provide customer support, and fulfill your request. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors or by invoice.
 
We may also collect limited technical and usage information when you visit our Site, including browser type, device type, pages visited, traffic sources, general usage activity, and regional location information. This information is collected in an anonymized form for Site performance and improvement purposes.

We also use privacy-focused, anonymized website analytics to better understand how visitors use our Site and Storefronts and to improve design, functionality, and performance. Our analytics tool is configured not to use tracking cookies, and IP addresses are anonymized before they are stored for analytics purposes.

How We Protect Your Data

These safeguards may include browser encryption, secure data storage, limited access to personal information, and the use of secure third-party service providers. Access to personal information is limited to employees and service providers who need it to perform services, support business operations, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties. While we take reasonable precautions to protect personal information, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
 
Website Analytics
We use anonymized website analytics to count visits, understand traffic sources, review general usage activity, and improve the performance of our Site and Storefronts. Analytics data may include pages visited, browser type, device type, traffic source, and anonymous regional location information.
 
Our analytics tool is configured not to use tracking cookies. IP addresses are anonymized before they are stored for analytics purposes. We do not use analytics data to identify individual users. We do not use analytics for advertising, remarketing, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling.

We do not sell user data, personal information, or Site usage information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information only in limited circumstances, including:
 

  1. With clients for whom we operate branded or white-label digital storefronts, when needed to manage accounts, process orders, fulfill requests, provide support, or administer the Storefront;

  2. With service providers who help us operate the Site and Storefronts, process payments, fulfill orders, provide hosting, manage accounts, or perform services on our behalf;

  3. If required by law, court order, subpoena, or legal process;

  4. To protect our legal rights, users, business, Storefronts, or Site security; or

  5. In connection with a business transaction involving Station 11, LLC.

 
Clients and service providers are only permitted to use information as needed to support the Storefront, fulfill requests, provide services, or meet legal obligations.
 
Third-Party Service Providers
In order to provide the services available through our Site and Storefronts, we contract with third-party service providers who perform services for us, including web and data hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, production services, and other operational support.


We share necessary information with these third-party service providers for business and operational purposes only. Shared information may include your contact information, such as name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number, as well as account information, purchase order details, shipping information, and payment information.
 
We do not permit our third-party service providers to use the information we provide to them for any purpose other than to provide services to us, support the Site or Storefronts, fulfill orders, process payments, or meet legal obligations.
 
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies needed for website functionality, account login, security, and user experience. Our analytics tool is configured not to use tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected in an anonymized form and used for statistical purposes only. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect account access or how certain parts of the Site function.
 
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a common industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We do not use website analytics for cross-site tracking, behavioral advertising, remarketing, or user profiling.
 
How Long We Keep Information
Station 11 retains information only as long as needed to provide services, manage accounts, process orders, support business operations, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion, unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or business recordkeeping purposes.
 
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to us. For requests related to a branded or white-label Storefront, we may need to coordinate with the client connected to that Storefront to respond to your request.
 
Third-Party Resource Links
Our Site contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Station 11. These websites are provided for your general informational purposes only. Station 11 is not responsible for any content, information, business, or privacy practices of any websites that are owned, controlled, and maintained by third parties. You are encouraged to carefully review the applicable privacy policy of any third-party website. Under no circumstances will Station 11 be held liable or responsible for any information, privacy, or business practices of any third-party website.
 
Minors
We do not knowingly solicit information from or otherwise market to children under the age of 13. Users of our Site must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age or otherwise classified as a minor, you should not provide information to us. If a child has provided us with personal information, that child's parent or guardian should contact us to delete such information from our records.
 
Credit Card Processing
Credit card payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers on our Site or Storefronts. Payment information is used only as needed to process transactions, complete orders, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
 
Content
The information, marketing collateral, product descriptions, templates, and other materials available on our Site or Storefronts are provided for general business and marketing purposes only. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials before use, publication, distribution, or production.
 
Station 11 is not responsible for any loss, claim, or liability arising from errors, omissions, outdated information, user-submitted content, or reliance on materials available through the Site or Storefronts.
 
Pricing and Availability
All prices, products, services, and availability are subject to change without notice. Station 11 reserves the right to modify, correct, or update pricing, product information, and service offerings at any time. In the event of an error, Station 11 reserves the right to correct the error and revise, cancel, or decline any affected order.
 
Changes to This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and reflect changes to our practices, services, or data collection process. When updates are made, we will revise the “Last Modified” date at the top of this page.
